This is an holistic approach to pregnancy in that the stretching techniques used combine with standard muscle relaxing techniques to give an overall relaxing treatment.

Pregnancy massage specifically helps to reduce the general aches and pains experience during pregnancy as well as creating more space in the abdomen area encouraging balance and well-being in both mother and baby. In such a relaxed state the maternal connection between mother and baby is at its optimum.
